Recruiting people isn’t all that difficult, once you understand a lot of people automatically have a negative experience or idea of Agencies, so they are a lot of the time negative. This is never anything personal, this is never anything to do with you, it’s just how people are.

When speaking to someone, you need to listen to what they have to say, you need to see who they are, you need to understand what you can offer. You need selling points. So what are the selling points ?

We do promise to make you the best you, to provide you with a community that cares, a family you can be proud off and part off.

Both of the owners had bad experiences with Creator Networks/Agencies so both was disheartened with the whole idea of them, and how they are just designed to bleed you dry without giving any real benefit.

We took the main issues away, for example we don’t demand minimum hours, yes it’s about going live, but you should be able to go live when you want and can, and it not become a chore. We also set no requirements for diamonds.

A new creator is just as valuable as one making a million diamonds.

Optimum is a family, a community and we focus very heavily on this aspect.

We involve creators in running events and teams.

Every Sunday we hold a community night in Discord and we have a lot of fun playing random games, watching films and just chilling.

We also hold events on TikTok, whether that is debates, quizzes, box battles, games and so on.
