Why do I stream?
I started streaming as I enjoy gaming and I thought why not stream and have fun and play games with people. Granted I was very shy and didn’t show my face in the beginning but with the help, support and encouragement of Optimum I grew more confident. If you told me 6 months ago that I would be streaming with a community behind me I would have not believed it!
How does Optimum benefit me?
Being in Optimum has given me so many opportunities. I’ve made so many life long friends and as a very shy anti-social person being with the agency has gotten me out of my comfort zone so much. I love the weekly community nights as it gives me chance to hang out with people and get to know others better. Optimum has given me an opportunity I never thought I’d get to grow as a creator. I’d always seen streamers and never thought that was something I could do. Even before joining the agency the community has been so supportive and motivating individuals.
Why do I like being a manager
Initially when I was asked I was undecided. I felt that it was too much for me to take on and I didn’t think I would be successful. But with the motivation of JJ and Felix I said yes. And frankly it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Being a manager has been a pleasure and I love seeing new faces and helping and supporting people to grow with us! It gives me that sense of accomplishment and it makes me feel good about myself knowing that I’ve helped others. Being a manager has also helped me build confidence and self esteem knowing that I can do good and being manager is something I can be proud of.
